This online shopping website is owned and operated by Pristine Detailing, Please read these terms and conditions including our policies (collectively the Terms and Conditions of Service) to understand how they apply to your use of our website and any products or services that you may order online from us. You may want to print a copy for future reference.
You are required to register as a shopper with us before placing your first order online. Registration and/or use of our online shopping website constitute your acceptance and agreement to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of Service of our website.
Registration on our online shopping website is conditional upon your specified delivery address being within a certain specified area. If your delivery address is not in that area where we deliver, your registration may not be completed and will be cancelled. To register you will be required to provide certain information including personal details and your delivery address.
When registering with us you will be required to provide an email address and a password. Please keep your password private. Pristine Detailing accepts no liability for any damages suffered or losses incurred from the use or misuse of your password. You will be required to enter your email address and password each time you wish to make a purchase from our online shopping website. Product Sales and Availability
All products displayed on our website are subject to availability and all prices shown are quoted in South African Rands. We reserve the right to discontinue or change the specifications and prices of our products and services from time to time without notice. We will inform you as soon as possible via your Cell phone number if any products or services ordered by you are not available.
Product Colours and Images
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products as well as the images that appear on our website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on the device that you use to access our website, we cannot warrant that your device’s display of any colour will be accurate. The packaging of products may vary from that shown on our website.
Pristine Detailing takes the utmost care to ensure that all advertised product information and prices are correct. If a mistake occurs or incomplete information is provided, we will endeavour to rectify such information as soon as possible.
We regret that no order will be accepted if we identify a material error in the description of any of our goods or services or their prices on our website.
Gift Certificates may be purchased online and may not be redeemed for cash. However, where Gift Certificates were issued as a credit against a purchase, it may be redeemed for cash on presentation at Pristine Detailing.
Gift Certificates may also be redeemed for online purchases, on this website or purchases from Pristine Detailing. Gift Certificates are valid for 60 days from date of issue.
You will be charged the prices that are reflected online, subject to availability. Special promotions may be subject to certain conditions, including stock availability and limited offer stipulations. A delivery fee will be charged for every order under R950,00 inclusive of Value-Added Tax, placed by you.
Methods of Payment
Payment must be affected prior to delivery. You may elect to pay by credit or debit card or instant EFT after checkout via Pay Fast’s secure payment gateway. During the payment process Pay Fast will offer you the choice to select from their various approved credit or debit card or banking service providers. Pristine Detailing does not store your credit/debit card or banking details. Cash will not be accepted except where you are liable for additional delivery charges.
By submitting your order and payment card details you warrant that you are authorised to make payment with the payment card and that there are sufficient funds available to pay for your order.
We cannot always guarantee availability of stock and will endeavour to deliver a substitute line where possible if you have authorised us to do so. If we are unable to supply each and every item ordered or in the quantities ordered, you nevertheless agree to accept delivery and make payment for the items correctly delivered.
Confirmation of Orders
Orders placed online constitute your offer to purchase subject to these Terms and Conditions of Service. Your offer is deemed to have been accepted by us when you receive Pay Fast’s confirmation of payment of your order. Failure by us or Pay Fast to formally confirm or notify confirmation of payment shall not affect the validity of the sale or the enforceability thereof.
Our online shop is open 24/7 year-round.
We deliver from Monday to Friday, 08:00 till 17:00, and Saturdays from 08:00 till 13:00. After loging in you may choose your delivery time from a drop-down menu.
We only deliver to registered customers within certain specified delivery areas. On delivery of the order to the specified delivery address, you will receive our delivery note showing the items delivered, any substitute items, any non-available items, delivery fees if applicable, Value-Added Tax and the amount debited from your payment card or bank account.
Please nominate an alternative person in case you are not there to accept delivery of your order – in the box provided on Your Shopping Cart page before checking out. For verification purposes, the person accepting delivery at the delivery address may be required to produce a form of identification. If you did not provide an alternative person then any person other than yourself who receives the products at the delivery address is presumed to be authorised to accept delivery on your behalf.
Should no one be in attendance at the time of delivery, our delivery personnel will keep the products and leave a notice at the delivery address to that effect. Pristine Detailings Online Shop Manager will attempt to contact you via cell phone to make new arrangements for delivery. You will be charged an additional delivery fee, payable in cash to the person making the delivery.
Although we will always do our utmost best, if we fail to deliver your order within the time specified on your order, you agree to a further grace delivery period of time. If we still fail to deliver within the grace period we will contact you on your Cell phone and arrange for a later agreed time at no additional charge or, a full refund of your order in the form of a Gift Certificate that will be emailed to you within 48 hours. This Gift Certificate may be redeemed for cash at Pristine Detailing, or on our online store.
Our liability for failing to deliver the products timeously is limited to delivery being affected at a later agreed time at no additional charge or, a full refund of your order in the form of a Gift Certificate.
Please arrange that you or your authorised representative is available to accept your purchases at the delivery address and that appropriate access will be made available.
On delivery, we will require you or your authorised representative to check that all products delivered are as ordered and where applicable, not past the expiry date as printed on the packaging. No claims for incorrect delivery will be considered if all products are not immediately handed to our delivery personnel for return.
If we are unable to supply each and every item ordered or in the quantities ordered, you nevertheless agree to accept delivery of the items correctly delivered.
You or your authorised representative will be required to note any products that are incorrectly delivered or, past their expiry date as printed on the packaging and to sign and print your or their name on a duplicate copy of the delivery note and to hand this delivery note together with any returned goods to our delivery personnel.
Returns and Refunds
If you are for any reason dissatisfied with an item purchased from our website you may return it within 48 hours of purchase to Pristine Detailing for a full refund in cash, replacement or exchange, provided you have the original Value-Added Tax invoice, and items are returned in a saleable condition. Delivery charges will not be refunded and a 10% handling fee will be charged.
Please note that items purchased On Sale or as Deal of the Day are subject to a separate returns policy.
The decision whether a product is defective will be at the sole discretion of the Online Shop Manager and such a decision will be final.
You may not cancel any order because of the limited time and logistics involved. Without prejudice to any other rights or remedies in law, we reserve the right to cancel forthwith any sale and/or your registration in the event of your breach any of these Terms and Conditions of Service.
Risk and Ownership
Risk in the products shall pass to you or your authorized representative on delivery. We will retain ownership in the products until payment has been received in full.
Unless we state a specific limitation, Pristine Detailing will attempt to have sufficient advertised stock available to meet customers' anticipated demands. If we still run out of stock, we will offer you a reasonable alternative.
Advertising and hyperlinks
External hyperlinks may appear on our website. The hyperlinks may not be construed so as to constitute a relationship between us and any linked third party or any endorsement by us of such third party and use of or reliance on any external links provided, is at your own risk.
Advertising and other promotional material of third parties may appear on our website from time to time. We do not endorse such third parties or their products and/or services. Your reliance on any information contained in such material is entirely at your own risk.
In no event shall Pristine Detailing and/or its suppliers be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages or any damages whatsoever arising out of or in any way connected with the use or performance of this website, with the delay or inability to use this website, the provision of or failure to provide services and products, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise, even if Pristine Detailing or any of its suppliers has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
